Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We endeavour to ensure that all Orders Placed by 1PM will be with an Post That Day.
Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We offer the following shipping options within Ireland:
- Standard Shipping: [3–5] business days — €6.75
- Free standard shipping on orders over €100.00
EU & International Shipping We ship to [list countries/regions, e.g. all EU member states]. Estimated delivery times:
- EU: [5–10] business days- €11.00
- International: [10–20] €15
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via An Post.
Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
